BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANGER AND SENIOR EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST

Michael joined the Pro-Active team in May 2023, working within the gym and pool based clinics.
His passion for Exercise Physiology stemmed from his interest of sports development and injury rehabilitation. He enjoys working with clients to improve their strength, alongside their overall health, so they can continue to do the things they enjoy in life.
Outside of work, Michael plays soccer and enjoys spending time cooking and socialising with friends and family.

EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST

Brady joined Pro-active Health in mid 2021, working in both gym and hydrotherapy environments.
He enjoys assisting clients with a range of conditions and has interests in chronic pain, cardiovascular conditions, arthritis, mental health and Veterans' health.
Outside of work he enjoys travelling, keeping physically active, watching sports, cooking and spending time with family and friends.

PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Hi, I am Kinjal, currently a physiotherapist at Pro-active health. I graduated in 2018, and have worked in various industries such as aged care, sports and musculoskeletal, DVA and NDIS.

I am passionate about helping people achieve their goals, to live pain free, overcome injuries and improve their quality of life.

Outside of work, you will find me reading, spending time with my pets and in nature, unless its winter!!

CARE COORDINATOR AND SOCIAL WORKER

Hello, my name is Diksha Kc, and I’m the Care Coordinator at Pro-Active Health, specializing in providing support for Veterans. My role involves working closely with our Veterans to ensure they receive the care and resources they need to enhance their overall health and wellbeing. Whether it's through one-on-one consultations, group activities, or coordinating tailored services, I’m here to assist with any challenges and help foster a strong, supportive community.

EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST

Joseph has an industry background working with clients within the NDIS space but maintains an interest in a broad range of clinical health settings. He has a strong passion for working with clients to integrate physical activity into their lives, in ways that are both fun and sustainable for them.
When he is not at work, Joseph plays drums in a local band and shares his leisure time with his German Shepherd x Malinois 'Gus'

Hi, I’m Aaron! I’m passionate about helping individuals with chronic conditions improve their quality of life, and I find it incredibly rewarding to support my clients on their personal journeys to better health and well-being.

One group I especially enjoy working with is DVA clients. It’s inspiring to hear their stories and to be a part of their path toward a brighter, more fulfilling future. Their resilience and strength are truly motivating, and I’m grateful to be a part of their healthcare journey.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with my two-year-old son. Whether it’s exploring new activities or just enjoying quality time together, he never fails to keep me on my toes! I’m also a huge sports fan – you’ll often find me watching AFL, MMA, and cricket, and I enjoy discussing all things sports whenever I can.

Hi there. My name is Gabriel and I am passionate about helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and develop their confidence to tackle life strongly both mentally and physically.  

Studied in both South Australia and Victoria, I have graduated in both an Honours Degree of Exercise Physiology and a bachelors of Exercise and Sports Science. I have also had experience at high level sport, being involved in the ACS FFSA Football Program and volunteering in the Athlete Development Program at Tyndale Christian School. 

When I’m not working you can find me playing soccer, at the gym or playing the guitar.
