Hayden Martin

CLINIC DIRECTOR AND EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
For those of you that don't know me, my name is Hayden and I am the Clinic Director and a Senior Exercise Physiologist, with nearly 7 years experience as an EP. Over the past 2 years I've been working closely with many of our other locations to create an effective program for our community across SA.
As a Kapunda local, I'm eager to get back into the clinic with our fantastic Barossa clients over the coming weeks! I am looking forward to reuniting with several of you and working with some new faces in our programs too.
My hobbies include spending time with our 10 month old boy - Riley, strength training, reading and anything basketball related. As an EP, I specialise in musculoskeletal pain and assisting those with shoulder, back, hip and knee issues.

Kelsey Livens

EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
Kelsey is new to the Pro Active team in the Barossa region in 2024, with two years of experience prior, working with a range of clients in Mildura, Victoria. Kelsey has a particular interest in neurological, mental health and paediatric clients.

In her spare time you can find Kelsey doing some form of exercise, spending time with friends and family and planning her next holiday.

Hi, I’m Aaron! I’m passionate about helping individuals with chronic conditions improve their quality of life, and I find it incredibly rewarding to support my clients on their personal journeys to better health and well-being.
One group I especially enjoy working with is DVA clients. It’s inspiring to hear their stories and to be a part of their path toward a brighter, more fulfilling future. Their resilience and strength are truly motivating, and I’m grateful to be a part of their healthcare journey.
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my two-year-old son. Whether it’s exploring new activities or just enjoying quality time together, he never fails to keep me on my toes! I’m also a huge sports fan – you’ll often find me watching AFL, MMA, and cricket, and I enjoy discussing all things sports whenever I can.
